  • The following cases were addressed by the Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County, on Thursday at the courthouse:
    JOSEPH JOHN WILLIAMS, age 33 of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend an complete an alcohol highway safety program, perform 50 hours of community service, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on April 22, 2012, in Salem Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. His BAC was .402%.
    JOSHUA OLENCHAK, age 19 of Lakewood, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 4 months nor more than 23 1/2 months for one count of Theft By Deception-False Impression, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $1,960.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, perform 50 hours of community service and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred between February 25, 2011, and February 26, 2011, in Preston Township when Olenchak stole a check from a local school and cashed said check.
    JOHN FRANKLIN HUGHES, age 19 of Stroudsburg, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 18 months for one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, pay restitution in the amount of $250.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, perform 50 hours of community service, obtain a GED, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on May 11, 2012, in Dreher Township when Hughes stole a cellular phone.
    BRIAN S. FISHERMAN, age 24 of Beach Lake, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 12 months nor more than 36 months for one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degreeand one count of Reckless Endangering Another Person, also graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, complete an anger management program, and undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment. The incident occurred on August 9, 2012, in Damascus Township when Fisherman assaulted a female victim.

JACKSON, age 40 of Greentown, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, continue with mental health treatment, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on July 13, 2012, in Palmyra Township when Hawley Borough Police observed Jackson cross the double yellow line. Her BAC was .300%.
    JOSEPH ROBERT CIACCIO, age 23 of Hawley, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more than 231/2 months for one count of Criminal Trespass-Enter Structure, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $8,400.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250.00 for the cost of the sample. The incident occurred on June 8, 2012, in Paupack Township when Ciaccio stole money from a private residence.
    KELLY ANN MUNN, age 21 of Lakeville, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI-Cont Substance-Impaired Ability/1st Offense, an ungraded Misdemeanor. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, perform 40 hours of public service and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on Mach 3, 2012, in Paupack Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. At that time Munn was under the influence of four separate controlled substances.
    JOSHUA WENGLER, age 35 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced, in two separate cases, to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 4 months nor more than 18 months for one count of Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree and one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, have no contact with the victim, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an anger management program, and obtain full time employment. The first incident occurred on November 4, 2011, in Honesdale Borough when Wengler was discovered to be in possession of a .32 revolver. The second incident occurred in July 2012, in Honesdale Borough when assaulted a female victim.
    Page 3 of 3 - STEFAN KRAJCOVIC, age 23 of Preston Park, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 6 months nor more than 3 years for one count of Terroristic Threats-Violent Crime With Intent to Terrorize, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an anger management program, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on August 7, 2012, in Preston Township when Krajcovic threatened to burn a private residence and garage.
    SUSAN JEAN GRAFF, age 54 of Hawley, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. She was ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, and have her operator's license suspended for a period of 60 days. The incident occurred on August 4, 2012, in Hawley Borough when Pennsylvania State Police observed Graff travel over the white fog line. Her BAC was .251%.
    ROBERT JAMES BEAM, age 25 of Honesdale, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, and have his operator's license suspended for a period of 30 days. The incident occurred on August 10, 2012, in Honesdale Borough when Pennsylvania State Police observed Beam traveling with a foreign object caught under the vehicle dragging along the roadway. His BAC was .146%.
    JASON GINNETTO, age 29 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to two counts of Theft By Deception-False Impression, each graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree. The incidents occurred between July 2012 and November 2012, in various locations in Wayne and Lackawanna Counties when Ginetto passed checks written on a closed account. He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 18, 2013.
    CY WOODMANSEE, age 39 of Poyntelle, PA pled guilty to one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. The incident occurred on August 18, 2012, in Preston Township when Woodmansee assaulted a male victim causing a fracture to his jaw. He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 18, 2013.
