    CHLOE MARIE CEREP, age 19 of Moscow, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 12 months related to Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was ordered to pay all Court costs and perform 30 hours of community service.
    The incident occurred on June 24, 2012, in Waymart Borough when Waymart Borough Police discovered Cerep to be in possession of Marijuana.
    MICHAEL CHRISTOPHER NOVAK, age 22 of Forest City, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 12 months related to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay all Court costs and perform 30 hours of community service. The incident occurred on July 5, 2012, in Waymart Borough when Waymart Borough Police discovered Novak to be in possession of Marijuana paraphernalia.
    ANDREW PAUL SWINGLE, age 22 of Honesdale, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to Unauthorized Use of Automobiles. He was ordered to pay all Court costs and perform 30 hours of community service. The incident occurred on July 27, 2012, in Lebanon Township when Swingle used a vehicle belonging to another knowing that he did not have permission to do so.
    JASON RICHARD DOHERTY, age 37 of Honesdale, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 30 hours of community service, have his operator's license suspended for a period of 60 days, and attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program. The incident occurred on August 18, 2012, in Cherry Ridge Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. His BAC was .262%.
    MEGAN ERIN MCHALE, age 20 of Lakeville, PA pled guilty, in two separate cases, to one count of Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree and one count of Theft By Deception-False Impression, also graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. The first incident occurred on December 24, 2011, in Hawley Borough when McHale placed a loaded firearm in her purse in an attempt to conceal if from police. The second incident occurred on June 8, 2012, in Paupack Township and Honesdale Borough when McHale stole jewelry from a private residence. She is scheduled to be sentenced on March 7, 2013.
    CLAIRE M. MIDOLO, age 50 of Scranton, PA pled guilty to one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    The incident occurred on August 9, 2010, in Preston Township when Midolo cashed a check she had stolen from a private residence. She is scheduled to be sentenced on March 7, 2013.
    SHAWN MICHAEL HARLOS, age 29 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Felony. The incident occurred on April 24, 2012, in Texas Township when Harlos sold Cocaine to a confidential informant. He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 28, 2013.
    Page 2 of 2 - JASON SCOTT KENYON, age 27 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Felony. The incident occurred on March 23, 2012, in Honesdale Borough when Kenyon sold Marijuana to a confidential informant.
    He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 28, 2013.
    JAMES C. HOUSE, age 44 of Honedale, PA pled guilty to one count of Theft By Deception-False Impression, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. The incident occurred on December 29, 2011, in Hawley Borough when House received monies for home improvement services which he failed to provide. He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 7, 2013.
    ALEX TIMOTHY COE, age 19 of Lake Ariel, PA pled guilty to one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor. The incident occurred on April, 23, 2012, in Paupack Township when Coe was discovered to be in possession of Marijuana. He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 7, 2013.
