Michael Richards may be coming back to series television.

The Seinfeld alum has signed on to co-star opposite Kirstie Alley in the TV Land pilot Giant Baby, according to Deadline.com.

Michael Richards opens up to Jerry Seinfeld about his comedy club meltdown

Giant Baby stars Alley as Madison "Maddie" Banks, a Broadway star whose life is turned upset down when Arlo (Eric Petersen), her long-lost son, shows up hoping to reconnect after the death of his adopted mother. Richards will play Maddie's limo driver. As previously announced, Alley's Cheers co-star Rhea Perlman will play Maddie's assistant and best friend.

Giant Baby would mark Richards' first regular series role in over a decade. He starred in NBC's short-lived The Michael Richards Show, and briefly appeared on Curb Your Enthusiasm during the Seinfeld reunion arc.
