  • — The following cases were addressed Thursday by the Honorable Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County:
    JOSHUA F. WENGLER, age 35 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of Firearms Not To Be Carried Without a License, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. The incident occurred on November 4, 2011, in Honesdale Borough when Wengler was discovered to be in possession of a loaded .32 caliber revolver in a vehicle.
    He did not have a license to carry a concealed weapon. He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 7, 2013.
    Wengler is a former reporter at The Wayne Independent.
    GARY L. GILLOW, age 58 of Beach Lake, PA was sentenced, in two, separate cases,
    to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 33 days nor more than 1st year for two counts of DUI-Highest Rate, ungraded Misdemeanors. He
    was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $2,000.00, undergo
    a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, perform 50 hours of community service and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The first incident occurred on November 3, 2011, in Berlin Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Gillow cross over the double
    yellow lines. His BAC was .265%. The second incident occurred on May 10, 2012, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police were called to investigate the
    report of an individual driving in an erratic manner. His BAC was .258%.
    ANGELO WILLIAM GISMONDI, age 27 of Cresco, PA was sentenced to the Wayne
    County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 45 days nor more than 23 1/2 months for one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the
    amount of $6,000.00, perform 100 hours of community service and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250.00 for the cost of the sample. The incident occurred on March 26, 2012, in Paupack Township when Gismondi stole a wedding band and other items.
    DAVID MILLARD MARTIN, age 41 of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of

    February 7, 2012, in Honesdale Borough when Martin assaulted a female victim.
    DIANE REILLY, age 58 of Moscow, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, attend and complete an
    alcohol highway safety program and have her operator's license suspended for a period of 60 days. The incident occurred on April 13, 2012, in Salem Township when
    Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash.
    Her BAC was .235%.
    JOHN FRANKLIN HUGHES, age 19 of Stroudsburg, PA pled guilty to one count of
    Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. The incident
    occurred on May 11, 2012, in Dreher Township when Hughes received a mobile phone knowing that it had been stolen. He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 7, 2013.
    KELLY A. JACKSON, age 40 of Greentown, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor. The incident occurred on July 13, 2012, in Palmyra Township when Hawley Borough Police observed Jackson cross the fog line. Her BAC
    was .300%. She is scheduled to be sentenced on February 7, 2013.
    STEFAN KRAJCOVIC, age 24 of Hancock, NY pled guilty to one count of Terroristic Threats-Violent Crime With Intent to Terrorize, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st
    Degree. The incident occurred on August 7, 2012, in Preston Township when Krajcovic threatened to burn a private residence. He is scheduled to be sentenced on February
    7, 2013.
    KELLY ANN MUNN, age 21 of Lakeville, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI-Cont Sub- Impaired Ability/1st Offense, an ungraded Misdemeanor. The incident occurred on
    March 3, 2012, in Paupack Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. At that time Munn was discovered to be under the influence of Codeine, Morphine, Cocaine and Methadone. She is scheduled to be sentenced on February 7, 2013.
    Page 3 of 3 - JOSHUA J. OLENCHAK, age 19 of Lakewood, PA pled guilty to one count of Theft By Deception-False Impression, graded as a Misdemeanor of the st1 Degree. The incident
    occurred on February 25, 2011, in Preston Township when Olenchak stole a check and cashed it. He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 7, 2013.
