    JOSHUA J. COLEMAN, age 20 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced, in five separate cases, to a State Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 24 nor more than 48 months for one count of Forgery, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree, one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Burglary, graded as a Felony of the 1st Degree, one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Felony of the 2nd Degree, and one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00 and pay restitution in the amount of $10,935.75. The incidents occurred between December 2011, and May 2012, in various locations in Wayne County.
    PHILIP N. CURTIS, age 72 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 6 months nor more than 23 1/2 months for one count of Corruption of Minors-Corrupt The Morals Of, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay for victim counseling,
    have no contact with the victim in this matter, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, undergo a sex offender evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and have no unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18.
    The incident occurred between January 1, 2005, and December 31, 2009, in Honesdale Borough.
    BRADLEY NICHOLAS ORAZZI, age 21 of Hawley, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of 90 days for one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspend/Revoked, graded as a Summary offense. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, and pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.00. The incident occurred on February 12, 2012, in Palmyra Township when Hawley Borough Police observed Orazzi speeding.
    ANDREA JEAN AVERY, age 28 of Beach Lake, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and attend a minimum of 1 AA meeting per week. The incident occurred on February 22, 2012, in Cherry Ridge Township when Avery was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
