BROOKE ALAN DRAKE, age 49 of Carbondale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne

County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and

complete an alcohol highway safety program and perform 50 hours of community service. The incident occurred on June 28, 2011, in Preston Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. His BAC was .216%.

BRETT FREDRICK BARNES, age 39 of Narrowsburg, NY was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for period of not less than 30 days nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $750.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, and perform 50 hours of community service. The incident occurred on November 11, 2011, in Texas Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Barnes traveling at a high rate of speed. His BAC was .147%.

LEE MICHAEL BEECHER, age 20 of Carbondale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne

County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI/Sch I Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for

treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, continue with

mental health treatment and obtain full time employment. The incident occurred on

October 10, 2011, in Texas Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to

investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. Beecher was under the influence of Marijuana at the time of the incident.

JOSHUA J. COLEMAN, age 20 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 6 months nor more than 3 years for one count ofriminal Attempt-Robbery, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree. He was

also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, obtain full time employment upon being released from prison and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250.00 for the cost of the sample. The incident occurred on

December 23, 2011, in Honesdale Borough when Cole attempted to rob a local business.

LISA SUE COWGER, age 43 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of 15 days followed by 60 months less 15 days on the Intermediate Punishment Program for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,500.00, undergo house arrest with electronic monitoring for a period of 75 days, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, obtain full time employment upon being released from prison and perform 100 hours of community service. The incident occurred on November 23, 2011, in Dyberry Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. Her BAC was .21%.

CARL L. CHRISTOPHERSEN, age 25 of Tafton, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 30 days nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI/Sch 1 Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspend/Revoked, graded as a Summary offense. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,200.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, obtain part time employment upon being released from prison and perform 50 hours of community service. The incident occurred on December 18, 2011, in Sterling

Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Christophersen traveling at a high

rate of speed. At that time he was discovered to be under the influence of Marijuana.

ROBERT W. HOLLISTER, age 69 of Moscow, PA was sentenced, in two separate cases, to the Wayne Count Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 9 months

nor more than 23 months for one count of Indecent Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree and one count of Indecent Assault-Complainant Less Than 13, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $600.00, pay for victim counseling, comply with sex offender registration, have no contact with the victims in this matter, have no unsupervised contact with any person under the age of 18, undergo a sex offender evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250.00 for the cost of the sample. The incidents occurred between June 1, 2009, and September 30, 2009, in Sterling Township when Hollister had indecent contact with two female minors.

WILLIAM CHARLES MASCARI, age 37 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 30 days followed by 60

months less 30 days on the Intermediate Punishment Program for one count of DUI-

Highest Rate, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay

all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,500.00, undergo house arrest with electronic monitoring for a period of 60 days, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program and perform 100 hours of community service. The incident occurred on January 3, 2012, in Oregon Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a vehicle stopped in the roadway. His BAC was .252%.

BERRY GEORGE BURCHER, age 27 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne

County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 90 days nor more than 5 years

for one count of DUI: Controlled Substance Schedule 2 or 3-1st Offense, an ungraded

Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of

$1,500.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety

program and perform 50 hours of community service. The incident occurred on February 22, 2011, in Lake Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. At that time Burcher was discovered to be

under the influence of Morphine.

DEVON GERARD JENKINS, age 19 of Greentown, PA was sentenced to the Wayne

County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 15 days nor more than 12

months followed by 6 months probation for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both ungraded Misdemeanors. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of

$500.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations

for treatment, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on August 6, 2011, in Hawley Borough when Jenkins was discovered to be in possession of Marijuana and a scale.

BRUCE DAVID SWINGLE, aka BRIAN LAMBERTON, age 39 of Lake Como, PA was

sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 90

days nor more than 180 days for one count of Driving Unregistered Vehicle Prohibited,

one count of Required Financial Responsibility, one count of Reckless Driving, one count of Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Veh/Prop, one count of Criminal Mischief, and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked, all graded as Summary offenses. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $775.00, pay restitution in the amount of $4,435.46, and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment. The incident occurred on October 16, 2011, in Preston Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash.

DIANE SIMMONS, age 69 of Honesdale, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. She was ordered to pay all Court costs, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, perform 40 hours of community service and have her operator's license suspended for a period of 60 days. The incident occurred on April 28, 2012, in Honesdale Borough

when Honesdale Borough Police were called to investigate the report of a vehicle

striking a parked car. Her BAC was .277%.

SARAH FRAMMIGEN, age 26 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, graded as a Felony of the 2nd Degree. The incident occurred on March 9, 2012, in Mt. Pleasant Township. She is scheduled to be

sentenced on November 22, 2012.

BRANDON KNECHT, age 25 of Hawley, PA pled guilty to one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. The incident occurred between March 25, 2012, and March 27, 2012, in Hawley Borough. He is scheduled to be sentenced on November 22, 2012.

NATALIE B. SULLIVAN, age 21 of Clarks Summit, PA pled guilty to one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree and one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor. The incident occurred

on April 18, 2012, in Honesdale Borough. Her BAC was .200%. She is scheduled to be sentenced on November 22, 2012.

DAWN MARIE RYLKA, age 25 of Tyler Hill, PA pled guilty to one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor. The incident occurred on March 1, 2011, in Texas Township. She is scheduled to be sentenced on November 22, 2012.

FRANK MEGLIO, age 27 of Lackawaxen, PA pled guilty to one count of Theft By

Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. The incident occurred on March 27, 2012, in Hawley Borough. He is scheduled to be

sentenced on November 22, 2012.

BARRY MCFARLAND, III, age 19 of Drums, PA pled guilty to one count of Criminal

Trespass-Break Into Structure, graded as a Felony of the 2 Degree and one count ofnd

Resisting Arrest or Other Law Enforcement, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. The incident occurred on August 26, 2011, in Lehigh Township. He is scheduled to be sentenced on November 1, 2012.

DAVID PAUL SCHROEDER, age 49, of Newfoundland, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor. The incident occurred on February 22, 2012, in

Cherry Ridge Township. His BAC was .111%. He is scheduled to be sentenced on November 22, 2012.

CRYSTAL LOUISE SIMPKINS, age 33 of Lake Ariel, PA pled guilty to one count of Criminal Mischief-Damage Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. The incident occurred on June 4, 2012, in Salem Township. She is scheduled to be sentenced on November 1, 2012.

JESSE JAMES PATZUK, age 30 of Equinunk, PA pled guilty to one count of

Possession of Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver, an ungraded Felony and one count of Retail Theft-Take Merchandise, graded as a Summary offense. The incident occurred on November 22, 2012.
