State Police Commissioner Frank Noonan has promoted John P. Clader of Milford, Pike County, to lieutenant and assigned him as Station Commander at Troop R, Blooming Grove.

- State Police Commissioner Frank Noonan has promoted John P. Clader of Milford, Pike County, to lieutenant and assigned him as Station Commander at Troop R, Blooming Grove.

Clader most recently served as the Crime Section Supervisor at Troop R, Blooming Grove. He is also a member of the Special Emergency Response Team.

A native of Milford, Clader enlisted in the State Police in 1988. Following his training at the State Police Academy, he was assigned to Troop N, Fern Ridge.

As he progressed through the ranks, Clader also served at stations in Troop R, Honesdale and Troop R, Bethlehem. He was promoted to corporal in 1996 and to sergeant in 2008.

Lieutenant Clader has two sons:,Patrick and Jason.
