The Hawley senior citizens enjoyed a fun day recently filled with music, food, door prizes and good friends.

The theme this year was the 60s. Many came dressed in tie dyed shirts and peace signs.

Entertainment was provided by Jude & The Polka Jets 2.

Officials are asking people to tell their friends the centers are open and here for them to use, enjoy and meet new people.

People are reminded that to stay for lunch (served weekdays at noon), you must be 60 years of age. But they are there for anyone who is interested in any of the activities, bus trips, exercise equipment, various games, crafts, volunteering and healthy steps program. Stop in and see what they have to offer.
