As of 6 a.m., just under 6,000 people were without power in Wayne County and another 10,000 people in Pike.
According to the National Weather Service, Newfoundland was pounded by one-and-a-quarter-inch hail while Greentown received one inch hail.
As of Friday morning, no tornadoes had been reported in northeastern, Pa. and southeastern, N.Y.
