The National Weather Service in Binghamton, N.Y., says Wayne and Pike counties could expect 4-6 inches of snow, beginning Thursday night until Friday morning.

Snow is expected to move in around 7 p.m., Thursday, and fall until 11 a.m., Friday.

Temperatures will drop into the teens overnight Thursday, creating slick roads as snow accumulates.
