On April 27th, Sergeant 1st class Jim Kille was the guest speaker at the Wayne County Council of Republican Women's dinner at Two Guys Restaurant.


On April 27th, Sergeant 1st class Jim Kille was the guest speaker at the Wayne County Council of Republican Women's dinner at Two Guys Restaurant. A member of Company A, Pa. National Guard, 2nd Battalion (mech.) 109th Infantry, Kille saw four tours, three to Iraq and one to Bosnia. He survived many attacks in his career, including nine surgeries in 1-1/2 years, on his back. He also has a new left eye, and has had reconstructive surgery on both of his wrists and knees. Kille is a Purple Heart recipient.

     Ms. Murphy explained: "The Wayne County Council of Republican Women supports our troops and their efforts to keep our Country safe and goes on to say: God Bless America" As for Sgt. Kille, he is pending Retirement in June but says: "...I would do it all over again..."
