The following cases were addressed Wednesday, November 26 by the Honorable Raymond L. Hamill, President  Judge, Wayne County:
Sent to Wayne County Prison:
• Scott A. Rake, age 32 of Gouldsboro was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 days nor more than 18 months for one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree and one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor. 
The incident occurred on August 11, 2008, in Lehigh Township when Lehigh Township Police observed Rake traveling with no tail lights.
He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, $140.00 in restitution, $300.00 for the cost of the public defender, perform 100 hours of community service, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and attend an Alcohol Highway Safety Program.
• Andrew James Crisman, age 59 of Lake Ariel was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than six months for one count of DUI or Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of DUI-Highest Rate, also an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Driving on  Roadways Laned For Traffic, graded as a Summary offense, and one count of Careless  Driving, also graded as a Summary offense. 
The incident occurred on February 6, 2008, in Paupack Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash.  His BAC was .228%.
He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, a fine in the amount of $1,050.00, and attend and complete an Alcohol Highway Safety Program. 
Guilty plea:
• Keith Reginold Frick, age 32 of Greentown pled guilty to one count of  Criminal Trespass-Break Into Structure, graded as a Felony of the 2nd Degree.  The  incident occurred on November 1, 2008, in Dreher Township when Frick broke into a private residence.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on January 15, 2009.
