 The following cases were addressed by the Honorable Robert J. Conway, Senior Judge, Wayne County, on February 28:
• David Andreas Coligan, age 25 of Honesdale, PA, pled guilty to three counts of Sell/Furnish Liquor, Malt, Brewed Beverage to Minors, graded as Misdemeanors of the 3rd Degree.  The incident occurred on July 19, 2007, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police observed the vehicle Coligan was traveling in fail to stop at a red light.  At that time it was discovered that Coligan was traveling with several minors for whom he had provided alcohol.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 10, 2008.
• Aaron Michael Eisenhauer, age 19 of Lake Ariel, PA, pled guilty to one count of DUI or Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor.  The incident occurred on June 16, 2007, in Hawley Borough when Hawley Borough Police observed Eisenhauer traveling at a high rate of speed.  At that time, Eisenhauer was discovered to be in possession of Marijuana.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 27, 2008.
• David Paul Sporer, age 33 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor.  The incident occurred on September 12, 2007, in Cherry Ridge Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash.  His BAC was .19%.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 27, 2008.
• Alan M. Cronin, age 28 of Newfoundland, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.  He was also ordered to have his operator’s license suspended for a period of 30 days, attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program and perform 40 hours of community service.  The incident occurred on October 14, 2007, in Dreher Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash.  His BAC was .149%.
• Lori Emanuele, age 34 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of Tampering With Public Records or Information, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree.   The incident occurred on April 20, 2007, in Honesdale Borough when Emanuele, filed a Petition for Letters of Administration for her father’s Estate claiming there was no will, when in fact she knew there was a will which named her Uncle as Beneficiary and Executor.   She is scheduled to be sentenced on April 10, 2008.
• Danielle Lee Casteel, age 24 of Hawley, PA, pled guilty to one count of Subsequent Convictions of Certain Offenses, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Veh/Property, graded as a Summary offense.  The incident occurred on September 26, 2007, in Texas Township when Casteel struck a vehicle and then left the scene of the accident.  She is scheduled to be sentenced on March 27, 2008.
• Rosemary Sheila Tallett, age 43 of Carbondale, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.  She was also ordered to have her operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days, attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program and perform 40 hours of community service.  The incident occurred on June 9, 2007, in Canaan Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Tallett cross the double yellow lines.  Her BAC was. .206%.
• Farrah A. Perrera, age 30 of Greentown, PA pled guilty to one count of Retail Theft, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree.  The incident occurred on November 16, 2007, in Texas Township when Perrera and a Co-Defendant removed several items from a local department store without paying for same.  She is scheduled to be sentenced on March 27, 2008.
• Robert Joseph Voto, age 21 of Hawley, PA,  pled guilty to one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, also an ungraded Misdemeanor.  The incident occurred on September 7, 2007, in Paupack Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Voto parked in the middle of the roadway while passed out.  At that time he was also found to be in possession of Heroin.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 27, 2008.
• Nicholas F. Lawlor, age 49 of Honesdale, PA, pled guilty to one count of DUI, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.  The incident occurred on November 3, 2007, in Cherry Ridge Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Lawlor stuck in the mud behind the Pennsylvania State Police Barracks on Route 191.  His BAC was .194%.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 27, 2008.
